Consulting Service Provision & Timelines
2W Consulting, LLC agrees to provide consulting services as outlined in the applicable Service Agreement or Statement of Work signed by the client. Timelines for discovery, strategy design, and implementation support are estimates and may vary based on client responsiveness, data availability, and evolving business conditions.
Payment Terms
Consulting fees are invoiced according to your agreement (project-based, retainer, or milestone-based). Invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe. Late payments may result in a temporary pause of services until accounts are brought current.
Intellectual Property
The Agreement does not transfer from Us to you any of Ours or third party intellectual property. All proprietary frameworks, methodologies, advisory materials, and strategic deliverables developed by 2W Consulting, LLC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated in writing. Clients are granted a license to use deliverables for internal business purposes.
Third-Party Services
In using the Services, you may use third-party services, products, software, embeds, or applications developed by a third party, such as software tools, analytics platforms, communication applications, or external data providers.
If you use any Third Party Services, you understand that:
- Any use of a Third Party Service is at your own risk, and we shall not be responsible or liable to anyone for Third Party websites or Services, outages, policy changes, or third-party actions that impact outcomes.
- You acknowledge and agree that We shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods or services.
Accounts & Access
Where use of any part of our Services requires an account (e.g., client portal, shared workspaces, or operational systems), you agree to provide us with complete and accurate information and the necessary permissions to execute engagements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account that you use to access the Service. You shall not share or misuse your access credentials.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Termination conditions for marketing retainers, including standard 30-day notice periods and final payments for work completed, will be outlined in your specific service agreement.
Disclaimer
Our Services are provided "AS IS." 2W Consulting, LLC and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind. While we utilize industry-leading strategies, 2W Consulting, LLC does not and cannot guarantee specific marketing outcomes, search engine rankings, lead volumes, or exact ROI, as these are influenced by numerous external market factors and competitor actions.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Except to the extent any applicable law provides otherwise, the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2W Consulting, LLC is registered.
Changes
2W Consulting, LLC reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our Services will be subject to the new terms.
